Incredible India, a photography exhibition by Marie-Paule Serre is on from August 01st 2010 to August 22nd 2010 at Alliance Francaise, Madras (AFM) Auditorium. Marie-Paule Serre has lived in Chennai, as a director of AFM for four years and traveled the length and breadth of India. As part of the Chennai Trekking Club she discovered many beautiful and incredible people and places that she has fallen in love with and captured through her lenses. The photographs will be showcased from 9 AM to 6 PM on all days except Sundays. The exhibition showcases the photographer’s love for the people and her incredible experiences in India. Entry is free.

The Alliance française of Madras is especially a confluence of French and Indian culture. It also has the mission of popularizing French and Francophone culture, thereby favoring cultural diversity. Its main mission is teaching the French language and culture, relations with schools, higher secondary schools, universities and colleges in which French is taught.
